POLICY ON NATIONAL SHIPMENTS - CONTINENTAL USA ONLY

If you, or your company are looking to buy Acoustical or Drywall Tools ONLY (No Building Materials) - Click Here

If you, or your company would like to purchase items that are classified as Drywall or Acoustical Building Materials from Mason Supply, Incorporated of Midland, Texas, these are the guidelines which will be in effect at the time of sale:

• Mason Supply, Inc cannot ship the following items out of our Normal Distribution Area at this time due to the reasons listed below:
  *Sheetrock/Durock, Gypsum Board & Acoustical Ceiling Tiles - Due to our normal allocation and controlled distribution agreements from the manufacturers.
  *Metal Studs, Drywall Beads, Ceiling Grid, Lath Metals & Plaster Trims - Due to the nationwide steel shortage and lack of allocation for customers located outside of our Normal Distribution Area.
   

• Mason Supply, Inc. will ship *eligible building materials* to any location in the Continental United States as long as we are not in violation of any Distributor agreements with the manufacturers or another fellow Drake Group Member. Mason Supply, Inc. is dedicated to finding a suitable Drake Group Partner in the area who can provide local service to the customer who makes a purchase request of Mason Supply, Inc. via our extensive web based resources located at www.4drywall.com. In the event that a suitable Drake Group Member cannot be located, Mason Supply, Inc. shall be cleared of all distributor responsibilities, and shall send the requested materials to the customer as directed.

        *See note #1 above for rules governing material eligibility*

• The customer shall be responsible for all freight charges for shipments out of our Normal Distribution Area. Prices shall be quoted as F.O.B. Midland, Texas on all Building Materials. Customers may pay by Major Credit Card, or under certain circumstances, they may request an application for a credit account with Mason Supply, Inc. Our Terms of Sale for customers with accounts are: You may deduct a discount of 1% if paid in full by the 15th of the following month. If no discount is taken, the entire invoice is due and payable on the last day of the following month.
