POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
FOR ALL NON CONTINENTAL USA CUSTOMERS

If your International Company is looking to buy Acoustical or Drywall Tools ONLY (No Building Materials) - Click Here and fill out our Secure Order Form.

If your International Company would like to purchase items that are classified as Drywall or Acoustical Building Materials from Mason Supply, Incorporated of Midland, Texas, these are the guidelines which will be in effect at the time of sale:

• Mason Supply, Inc cannot ship the following items out of our Normal Distribution Area at this time due to the reasons listed below:
  *Sheetrock/Durock, Gypsum Board & Acoustical Ceiling Tiles - Due to our normal allocation and controlled distribution agreements from the manufacturers.
  *Metal Studs, Drywall Beads, Ceiling Grid, Lath Metals & Plaster Trims - Due to the nationwide steel shortage and lack of allocation for customers located outside of our Normal Distribution Area.
   

• Mason Supply, Inc. can help your company ship the *eligible building materials* you are requesting as long as the forwarding company that you are using has a shipping address/shipping destination that is located within the the Continental United States. Mason Supply, Inc will not act as the forwarding company, but you can have your forwarding agent arrange to pick up any size shipment from our Midland, Texas Facility.
  
  *See note #1 above for rules governing material eligibility*
   

• Mason Supply, Inc. is not a manufacturer. No materials are produced at our warehouse facility.

• The customer shall be responsible for all freight charges, Duties, or Taxes for all International Shipments. Click here to see our Normal Distribution Area. Prices shall be quoted as F.O.B. Midland, Texas on all Building Materials. International Customers may pay by Major Credit Card, or Checks drawn on US Funds, from a USA Bank Only -- No Foreign Letters of Credit or C.O.D.'s accepted.
   

• Mason Supply, Inc has shipped materials all over the world, so please feel free to inquire about our over-seas references!
   

• Orders may be entered on-line using the DDDS On-Line Order Form, DDDS Fax Order Form, or by contacting our sales department direct,  Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM at 1-800-725-7018 (All times listed are Central Standard Time)
